1. Ryan is not one to ask for money in return for services. Its YOUR responsibility to ask him how much when you ask if he can do something to your car.  If you don't have the money to pay him to work on your car because of whatever financial burden, he's reasonable and will at times let things slide if you are right there getting your hands dirty being a TB, and Chipotle will usually suffice in emergency situations.  Maintainance is not emergency.

2. If you need something looked at, a noise or something else random, just ask.  We're not trying to make $ off you guys.  Ryan will take a look at it :o)  It won't cost you.

3. I am NOT the person to ask if Ryan can work on your car.  If you need something done, or plan on coming over with hopes to fix something with help or guidence, Ryan must be made aware of it. 

4. If you need to use our garage to fix something yourself with our tools, thats fine, just let us know when and come on over.  BE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF, and participate in a garage organization day here or there. 

Really this is all common courtesy and should apply to life in general.
